NDI® Central-Podcast – 2019 Ep. 2: 3D Storm
For Episode 2 of the NDI® Central Podcast, Chris Burgos spoke with Alexandra Henry, Marketing Manager for France-based distribution partner and developer 3D Storm. Coming up on their 20th anniversary as a company, they have been working with NewTek for the entire time. This year they were again celebrated as the top distributor for the Europe/Middle/East/Africa (EMEA) region.
Besides vending and supporting NewTek products, 3D Storm provides a number of products that engage with NewTek technologies for professional production. Virtually all use NewTek NDI bidirectional IP technology for transport of video, audio and data at very high quality and very low latency on standard networks. NDI I/O allows the products to automatically be available to and use all other NDI-aware tools and systems on the same network. These include:
- LiveCG Broadcast, a compact multi-layer character generator for automatic management of titles and graphics
- Delta-Stadium, a turnkey sports solution to generate and display 2D and 3D graphics for pre-game animations and presentations, clocks, animated scores, statistics management, actions and referee decisions
- LiveMedia Server NDI-2, a versatile dual-channel software HD video player-recorder that uses the NewTek NDI protocol
